Q:    How should I design my file with bleed?

Q:    Do you charge set up fees?
A:    NO. We have simplified our pricing structure and have done away with set up fees

Q:     What forms of payment do you take?
A:     We accept VISA, MC, AMEX, DISCOVER. We also accept Paypal as a form of payment.

Q:     Can you design my my file for me?

A:     YES.  We understand the some of our customers may not have the software or time, to design their own files.

Q:     How do I order?

A:     Just click the button that says order, and fill in your information. We will then email you back with the exact price,
         and a separate secure payment link to enter in your credit card information. We take all major credit cards, and paypal.

Q:     Why do you require files to be at least 300dpi?

A:     We want to manufacture only the best possible product. Images with lower dpi's may give a slightly blurry appearance.
         The human eye can detect resolution up to 300dpi.

Q:       How fast can I get my order?

A:       Orders of less then 1000 pieces usually ship out the next day. If you pay for your order before 12 noon AZ time,
           more than likely it will ship the next business day. In rare cases our production times may increase, due to an increase
           in the volume of orders we receive. We will let you know if this happens.

Q:      What if I change my mind?

A:      Because of the nature of custom products, we can not resell your product to someone else. Once a product is
          manufactured, it can not be taken apart to be reused. If your product is damaged during shipping, we will help you file
          a claim with the carrier for a full refund. In some cases we may elect to cover the insurance liability, and either refund,
          or replace your order.

Q:         Are your products good quality?

A:         YES,   All our products are made with quality and durability in mind. Some of our customers include,
             fortune 500 companies, that demand only the best products. We offer a full 1 year warranty on any product,
            that is defective due to manufacturing. (this is very rare, since we inspect every order 3 times) 
            We manufacture all our own products, for quality assurance. We are not an agent. We are the manufacturer!

Q:        Why is the color slightly different on my computer screen?

A:         The color you see on your computer screen is RGB. It uses Red, Green, and Blue Light.
             Printing uses CMYK, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black (ink/toner). There are also other
             variables, like the printer used to print your artwork. We will accept color pantone #'s to
             aid in matching your colors, but can not guarantee an exact match.
